| Q1 | I cannot locate my profile on your rebate database. Why is it so? |
| A1 | You
need both your phone # and invoice # in order to search the status of
your rebate application online. Make sure you enter the phone number
that you wrote on the rebate form, including the area code with 'no space' in between the numbers (ie
9052789143). Key in your invoice #. back to top |
| Q2 | Where can I find my invoice # (purchase made from stores)? |
| A2 | If you are a Future Shop customer, the last 6 digit # of the contract ID from the receipt is the invoice #.
For example: Contract ID #
043-021215-054543, then your invoice # is 054543 back to top |
| Q3 | Where can I find the invoice # ? ( If purchased online )? |

If you made the purchase online, just enter the order #
on the invoice # field.

| Q4 | Can I send in a copy of the receipt as I want to keep the original receipt myself? |

A copy of the receipt is acceptable but you have to
make sure that the contract id # from the receipt is on the copy and the

| Q5 | I bought more than one of the same product . Can I submit more than one rebate? |

We have the "limit one per name and household"
rebate policy on most of our products. Therefore you can only get one
rebate of the same item under the same promotion period unless otherwise specified. back to top |
| Q6 | I sent you the UPC, the rebate form and a copy of the receipt, why have I not received the rebate check? |
| A6 | Our
rebate policy looks for 3 items for the rebate processing & your rebate application
will be held back if any of the rebate conditions below is not met: 1. The original UPC - The customer has to cut out the UPC from the box in order to claim the rebate. The UPC label is easily found on the box and you can always match your UPC # from the box with the UPC # given the rebate form. We do not accept a photocopied UPC or any other bar codes. 2. The completed rebate form - Any missing or incompleted information is going to cause system error. We suggest the customer fill in the form in CAPITAL letters. 3. The rebate copy - It is the receipt for the rebate purpose and Future Shop will print that out for you. We do not accept a photocopy version of the receipt. back to top |
| Q7 | I purchased your product as a gift, can I send in my rebate application without the original UPC? |

| Q8 | I cannot send you the original UPC as I don't have the original box, will my rebate application be processed? |

Under no circumstances we are to process your rebate application if we

| Q9 | I travelled out of the country and I missed the postmark dealine. Can I still send in my rebate application? |
| A9 | No, the postmark date is clearly stated on
the rebate form. To make sure you
receive your rebate check in time, please send rebate application early. back to top |
| Q10 | I met all conditions when I sent in rebate application, why is my name not on your rebate database? |
| A10 | It
is likely that another person's name (such as your spouse, son, friend)
was used on the rebate form. Also,
is there an apartment # that you forgot to put on the rebate form? An unexpected postal delay but
we will try our best to make sure that the customer receives his/her

| Q11 | As mentioned on your web page my rebate check has been printed a while ago, any reason why I still have not received the check? |

need approximately 2 weeks processing time before the checks are going
out in the mail. If the address is correct, you may generally allow 3
weeks to receive your rebate check after the printing date. back to top |
| Q12 | According to your web site, my rebate check has been printed a while ago, why I still did not receive my rebate check? |

We have the toll-free number service, customers
may call or email us and check their rebate status anywhere
in North America. The rebate support service period is 6 months after the
purchase date and we do not provide any rebate support service if the

| Q14 | I was told that my rebate check has been sent and cashed, can I ask for the rebate check transaction record? |
