Where can I find my tracking#?

The moment we ship your order, an email will be sent to you containing all tracking details. If you have not received this, please email us at marketplacesupport@bestbuycanada.ca and provide us your order# so we can help you.

How long does it take to receive my order?

It takes us a maximum of 48 business hours to process your order, in which the estimated time of delivery along with tracking# will be emailed to you upon shipping.
Do note: same province is expected to be delivered next day of receiving your order, however courier shipping times and holiday seasons may alter this.

HELP my product is not working!

Etech offers servicing to all of our customers providing the product still falls within warranty.  Send us an email at marketplacesupport@bestbuycanada.ca indicating your order# and the problem you are encountering. We’d be glad to look into this and assist you.

Do you ship to the US?

We only ship to customers in Canadian provinces and territories and able to deliver to a PO Box if provided on order.

I won’t be home, can I request a date for delivery?

If you are not available when our carrier attempts delivery, your order will be held at their depot for pick-up. A notice will be left at your residence indicating the phone number and address for the nearest pick-up location.

HELP I need my order by this weekend!

Etech offers our customers flexibility with our shipping services. For urgent orders, you may select express service. 
Do note: Shipping rates will vary based on the level of service (regular/express).

Do you have stock of this item?

Listed online near to your item of interest, will clearly indicate whether the item is Available or sold-out. If the item is listed as Available, you may then successfully be able to select “Add to cart” to proceed in checking-out.

 Can I change my order address?

Yes, please email us at marketplacesupport@bestbuycanada.ca right away so we can update your delivery address and ensure you successfully receive your order correctly.

HELP item is sold-out when can I order this?
